Onexch Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Online Betting Platform

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Understanding them will help you read the rest of this document clearly.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Onexch. They apply to all use of the Onexch platform, including browsing, registration, depositing, playing and withdrawing. By completing the registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox or by continuing to use the platform after any update to these terms, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of everything contained in this document.

These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy and any specific game or promotion rules that may apply to particular products on Onexch. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless otherwise expressly stated.

Onexch reserves the right to update, revise or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of Onexch following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money betting and gaming services on Onexch, you are required to register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all registrations:

• One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold a single Onexch account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register on Onexch. By completing registration, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts where this cannot be confirmed will be suspended.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, contact number and payment details — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Personal use only: Your Onexch account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, nor may you act as an agent or proxy for another individual.
• Pakistan residents: Onexch is designed specifically for players based in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to satisfy yourself that using the platform is lawful within your jurisdiction before registering.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

Onexch operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with standard compliance requirements. The purpose of this process is to verify player identity, confirm age eligibility, prevent fraud and ensure the security of player funds.

We may request verification documents at any point during the life of your account — including during initial registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Standard documents that may be requested include:

• Government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or statement showing ownership of the wallet or card used to deposit)

Until verification is complete, Onexch may restrict certain account functions, including the ability to withdraw funds. We aim to process all submitted verification documents within 48 hours of receipt. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively to avoid any delays when making withdrawal requests.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on Onexch are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit on Onexch is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts.
• Onexch accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not belonging to the registered account holder will be reversed and may trigger an account review.
• Onexch does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond Onexch's control.
• Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to appear in your Onexch balance.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal on Onexch is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the account holder's name.
• Onexch targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals and same business day for bank transfers. These timelines apply after any applicable verification steps are complete.
• Onexch does not deduct fees from player withdrawals. The full requested amount will be sent to your nominated account.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC documentation has not been submitted or is under review. Players are encouraged to complete verification before placing withdrawal requests.
• Any bonuses attached to a balance must meet their applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be included in a withdrawal request.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on Onexch is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules that apply to particular products.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Onexch does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except in circumstances where the platform has the right to void a bet under these terms.
• Onexch reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was known to the player at the time of placement, where a technical error produced an incorrect price, or where the event did not take place under its originally scheduled conditions.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting a live game or bet — including server interruptions, disconnection or software errors — Onexch's records of the bet and game state at the point of failure will be the definitive reference for settlement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all markets and games on Onexch. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by Onexch at any time without advance notice.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and at Onexch's discretion. Onexch may suspend or close live markets at any point during an event.
• Where a result is disputed or subject to an ongoing official review by the relevant governing body, Onexch may withhold settlement until a definitive official result is confirmed.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

Onexch offers welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions and various other incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are issued as non-withdrawable promotional credit and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion details.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Onexch players only, on their first deposit. Players who have previously held an account — even under a different name or payment method — are not eligible for welcome offers.
• Only one bonus may be active on an Onexch account at any time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active will result in forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. If the requirement is not met within this period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically.
• Onexch reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted an offer and are actively meeting its requirements will be protected from mid-promotion changes where reasonably possible.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, systematic low-risk wagering designed to unlock bonus funds without genuine risk, or coordinated multi-account exploitation — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and account review.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Onexch. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Onexch account.
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation or collusion with other players, whether in poker, sports betting, casino games or any other Onexch product.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to place bets, harvest odds data or otherwise interact with the Onexch platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a confirmed technical error will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Onexch platform as a mechanism for any financial fraud or illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players, dealers or Onexch staff through any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Sharing login credentials, selling accounts or transferring funds between accounts in an attempt to circumvent platform rules.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Onexch reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Extended inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

When an account is suspended pending investigation, Onexch will withhold any balance until the investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms a breach of these terms, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where no breach is found, the full balance will be returned to the player.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Onexch account may do so by contacting support at support@onexch.ws. Any remaining real-funds balance will be returned to a verified payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Onexch platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, graphics, logos, text, data, databases, game interfaces and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of Onexch or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Onexch platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Onexch content without express written permission.

The Onexch name, logo and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of the Onexch brand — including in any way that could suggest affiliation, endorsement or official association — is strictly prohibited and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

11. Privacy and Data

Onexch is committed to protecting the personal data of all registered players. The collection, use, storage and processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

By registering on Onexch, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

Onexch will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who assist in operating the platform (payment processors, KYC verification services, etc.) and only to the extent necessary for those services to function.

12. Responsible Gaming

Onexch takes its responsibility to promote safe gambling seriously. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we are committed to providing tools and resources to help players manage their activity responsibly.

The following tools are available to all Onexch account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your Onexch account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that alert you to how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a set period before betting is automatically suspended.

13. Limitation of Liability

Onexch provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and reliable operation, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Onexch shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Technical failures, connectivity issues or system outages that result in the loss of a bet or the inability to place a bet.
• Any unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, internet infrastructure failure or regulatory changes.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter where exclusion of liability is not permitted under applicable Pakistani law. Onexch's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real funds deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Onexch reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, registered players will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Onexch platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure and withdrawal of any real-funds balance.
